Admire the Egyptian temple dating back to 200 BC which was transported to Spain in order to be saved before the construction of the Great Dam of Aswan. It is now the only piece of Egyptian architecture to be found in the country.
You can take pictures of both the inside and outside of the temple, just make sure you do not use flash as it may damage the temple.
Located in Parque del Oeste, it is only a short walk from the top station of Madrid Cable Car and it makes for a nice stroll.
The inside of the monument is currently closed to visitors, although you can still walk along the walkway during the temple opening hours.
Free admission.
