تم بناء هذا المبنى الساحر في موقع زقاق البولينج السابقة ، وتم افتتاحه في عام 2014. وقد صممه المهندس المعماري الشهير فرانك أو. جيري من لوس أنجلوس بالتعاون الوثيق مع برنارد أرنو ، رئيس مجلس الإدارة والرئيس التنفيذي لشركة LVMH ، وهي أكبر شركة فاخرة في العالم شركة البضائع.
التصميم مستوحى من Grand Palais و Jardin d'Acclimatation ، المرتبط بمبنى مؤسسة Louis Vuitton. تتكون الواجهة من 3600 لوح زجاجي و 19000 لوح خرساني.
إذا لم تكن من الفن الحديث المعروض ، فإن المبنى يتميز أيضًا بالعديد من التراسات التي توفر مناظر بانورامية رائعة.
