This pseudo-Gothic lookout tower was constructed in 1906 to resemble a medieval castle ruin. Standing 10 meters tall, the structure is characterized by its romantic architectural style, featuring two towers and an integrated small fountain. It is situated on a small hill at the edge of a park.

The tower provides a vantage point overlooking the nearby spa facilities. The site serves as a destination for bicycle trips in the surrounding area.
