This building serves as a modern cultural center and a hub for concerts, exhibitions, and social events. It houses the Fryderyk Chopin Memorial Museum, located in the rooms where the Polish composer Fryderyk Chopin stayed in 1836. Following a complete renovation between 2020 and 2023, the museum features exhibitions curated by the Fryderyk Chopin Society that focus on the composer's historical connection to the town.
The art gallery, located in the historic front wing, features exhibition spaces on the first floor and in the attic with views of the spa park. The facility also functions as the town's tourist information center and contains a community café. The museum and gallery are open to the public.
