Rodný byt Bedřicha Smetany

The museum is located within the ground floor of the former castle brewery complex. It occupies the original living quarters where the composer Bedřich Smetana was born in 1824. The exhibition, which includes items on loan from the Czech Museum of Music in Prague, focuses on the composer's childhood and family history.

The interior features original furniture, household objects, and Smetana's own desk. A multimedia show presents his musical works and provides context for his early life. The space is open to the public and preserves the domestic environment of the Smetana family from the early 19th century.
