This sixty-meter-high Renaissance landmark consists of a gate and a tower. Built as part of the 16th-century fortification system, the structure remains a rare surviving remnant of the city's historical defenses and is designated as a Cultural Heritage Site.

The complex includes a Renaissance foregate and a tower reaching a height of approximately 60 meters. An observation gallery located at the top offers panoramic views of the urban conservation area and the wider region.

The site is open to the public and functions as a historical viewpoint.
