Kostel Nalezení svatého Kříže

This high-baroque monument was built for the Piarist order between 1714 and 1721, following the architectural designs of Giovanni Battista Alliprandi and František Maxmilián Kaňka. The structure is a single-nave church with a transept, inspired by the Il Gesù church type. Its exterior is defined by a convexly curved facade and two towers, while the interior features extensive sculptural decorations from the workshop of the baroque artist Matyáš Bernard Braun.

The building serves as both a spiritual space and a cultural venue where historical architecture integrates with contemporary art. The interior houses exhibitions of sacral art alongside modern glass and light installations created by Václav Cigler and Michal Motyčka. Notable architectural additions include a steel footbridge installed within the church vaulting.

A viewing terrace is located between the two towers, providing views of the surrounding area. The church is a designated Cultural Heritage Site and is open to the public for sightseeing and art exhibitions.
