The park extends along the west side of Manhattan and includes green spaces, piers, and promenades. It was created starting in 1998 and integrates several sports amenities such as courts and playgrounds, as well as event spaces. Walking and biking paths run throughout the park, providing connections to cultural landmarks and offering scenic views of the Hudson River.
