Built in 1504, this late Gothic bell tower is a significant historical landmark that underwent a major redesign in the 19th century by the architect Josef Mocker. The structure is recognized as a Cultural Heritage Site and is managed by the Regional Museum.
The interior contains a collection of historical church treasures and houses five bells. The site provides views of the city and is open to the public through guided tours as part of the wider Bartolomějské návrší complex.
