A technical marvel - elevator built in 1882 and originally powered by steam allowed people to get to the Söder cliffs.
From the top you can enjoy a magnificent view of Stockholm, including Slussen and the ferry terminal.
Unfortunately the elevator is now closed due to security reasons but you can still access the top on foot. There is also a restaurant on the top.
The lift has been closed since 2010.
You can reach the top on foot.
