Det gamle kongelige palads var en gang sæde for tjekkiske konger. Som en del af Pragborgen tjener det nu repræsentative formål. Denne bygning blev designet i en blanding af gotiske og renæssancestilarter, og dens konstruktion går tilbage til det 12. århundrede. Det er kendt for at være hjemsted for en kopi af den tjekkiske krone og en berømt Vladislav Hall.
