Standing at 372 meters, this telecommunications tower is 40 meters taller than the Eiffel Tower. Originally conceived as the Kuwait Telecommunications Tower, the structure was renamed to commemorate the 1991 liberation of the country following the Iraqi invasion. It was officially inaugurated in 1996 and remains a significant monument of national resilience.

The architectural design includes a revolving restaurant and an observation deck intended for panoramic views. The attached complex also houses various government offices and service centers.

While the service complex is functional, access to the tower itself is limited according to some reports. It remains a primary architectural landmark and a symbol of historical recovery.
