Established in 1996 by Colville Petty, this institution was housed in a bungalow and served as the island's only museum for nearly three decades. It preserved a diverse collection of artifacts detailing the island's progression from the ancient Arawak settlement through the colonial era and the 1967 Anguillian Revolution.

The exhibits featured Arawak relics, records of the era of slavery, and documentation of the 1994 visit by Queen Elizabeth II. The museum ceased operations in early 2024.
