Tokyo boasts a plethora of museums that document nearly everything you can think of. This museum, opened in 2002, definitely belongs among the more unusual ones - it maps adverts in Japan from as early as the Edo period until today.
In addition to that, the museum also aims to promote research of the advertisements, collecting most of the scientific publications on the topic in its extensive library.
