Come here for the freshest seafood around – some of it is prepared on the spot. However, you don’t even have to buy the fish. Simply observing the handy vendors and the haggling customers is a wonderful experience as well.
If you're wondering how to know if the fish is fresh, the best indicators are the color, which should always be pink (there are some exceptions, though) and the smell.
