The Infinite Bridge

This circular wooden pier functions as both a footbridge and a sculpture, extending 188 meters over the water. Constructed with wood panels, the structure forms a continuous path that connects the coastline with the sea. The design allows for a 360-degree panoramic view of the water, the nearby forest, and the city skyline.

The installation was originally created in 2015 for the Sculpture by the Sea event. Although initially intended as a temporary piece, it became a permanent feature. The bridge is classified as an interactive artwork that serves as a circular walkway over the water.

The bridge is used for both walking and swimming, providing a direct link between the land and the sea. It is a seasonal installation located by the beach. The circular path allows for an uninterrupted walk that returns to the starting point on the shore.
