Puente de los Suspiros

This historic wooden footbridge was originally inaugurated on February 14, 1876. Recognized as a Cultural Heritage Site, the structure is open to the public and is situated among cobblestone streets noted for their bohemian atmosphere and vibrant local culture.

A local legend is tied to the crossing of the bridge. It is traditionally believed that a wish will come true if it is made while holding one's breath for the entire length of the span. This custom is frequently observed for good luck.
