Son Tra Mountain

Also known as Monkey Mountain, this peninsula range serves as a significant natural reserve and is a primary habitat for the endangered Red-shanked douc langur. The mountain overlooks the bay and the South China Sea, standing as a prominent landmark.

Notable sites include the Linh Ung Pagoda, the Y Pha Nho Cemetery, and the Ban Co Peak. At an altitude of over 600 meters, the Nhà Vọng Cảnh (Viewpoint House) provides panoramic views of the surrounding area.

The site holds historical significance tied to the ancient Cham kingdom and the Vietnam War. It is managed as both a protected natural area and a tourism destination.
