Siam Square

Do you want to go for some shopping in Bangkok? If so, be sure to visit this square full of stores selling all kinds of goods, from fashion items to electronic gadgets. It dates back to the 1960s when the local university needed an income and shops started popping up here.

Gradually, hotels, cinemas, and shopping malls started to appear here. Now there are a lot of chain stores, but also small boutiques and street stalls.
