Ellis Island on saari Jersey Cityn edustalla Upper New York Bay -lahdella Manhattanista lounaaseen. Saarella sijaitsi vuosina 1892–1954 maahanmuuttajien vastaanottokeskus, jonka läpi miljoonat siirtolaiset saapuivat Yhdysvaltoihin. Nykyisin keskus toimii siirtolaismuseona.

The ferry to the island runs daily from 8:30 a.m. in summer (9:30 a.m. in winter) to 3.30 p.m. in summer (3:30 p.m. in winter). Final departure from Ellis Island at 5:15 p.m in both winter and summer.
Ellis Island begins closing 30 minutes prior to the final departure.
Departure times are subject to change. For further information, please visit the official website. Wait times to board any ferry can be over 90 minutes during peak months (April - September) and holidays.
The island is closed on December 25.
