This archaeological open-air museum consists of a reconstructed farmstead dating from the Migration Period (c. 350–550 AD). The site features three longhouses built directly upon their original archaeological foundations. These structures contain authentic interiors with open hearths and domestic utensils used during the Iron Age.
The farmstead is open to the public and serves as a living museum where historical daily life is demonstrated through reenactments and the use of live fires. A visitor center displays archaeological finds discovered at the site. Historical records indicate the reconstruction of the structures was underway by 1974.
