Originally constructed in 1920, this neo-classical garden was designed by Kishore Narshingh for Field Marshal Kaiser Sumsher Rana. The site underwent a major restoration in the early 2000s to preserve its historical significance as a Cultural Heritage Site. It represents a unique blend of formal European architectural styles and natural planting.
The grounds feature three pavilions, an amphitheater, and various fountains. Architectural elements include ponds and pergolas inspired by European designs. The space functions as a quiet urban oasis, providing a tranquil environment separate from the surrounding city activity.
The site is open to the public and includes an on-site restaurant and bar. It serves as a public space known for its peaceful environment and preserved historical architecture.
