ממוקם במתחם טירת פראג הענק, גולדן ליין הוא מסלול קטן ומקסים הפופולרי בקרב תיירים. הרחוב הזה מהמאה ה -16, שהוא למעשה קטן מאוד, משופע בתים זעירים ומקסימים. בתים צבעוניים להפליא היו בעבר ביתם של מספר אנשים חשובים, ביניהם פרנץ קפקא וג'רוסלב סייפרט, סופר צ'כי וזוכה פרס נובל.
למה זהוב? השם כנראה מגיע מהמאה ה -16, תקופה בה אלכימאים ניסו לייצר כאן זהב. במשך זמן מה אפילו נקרא רחוב האלכימאים, גולדן ליין היא כיום אטרקציה תיירותית פופולרית. הבתים משמשים כיום בעיקר כחנויות מזכרות.
