הר השולחן הוא הר בדרום אפריקה, סמוך לעיר קייפטאון. שמו של ההר ניתן לו מכיוון שפסגתו שטוחה כמו שולחן. גובהו הוא 1,086 מטר מעל לפני הים ורוחב פסגתו הוא כשלושה קילומטרים. ההר הוא חלק מהפארק הלאומי הר השולחן ומסביבו מספר גבעות: ממזרח לו נמצאת "פסגת השטן" ומצפון לו "ראש האריה" ו"גבעת האיתות".
הר השולחן הוא אטרקציה תיירותית בקייפטאון ורבים מהמבקרים משתמשים ברכבל על מנת להגיע לפסגת ההר.
You can hike to the top of the Table Mountain or get there via a cable car.

First car up: between 8 am - 8:30 am
Last car up: between 5 pm - 8:30 pm
Last car down: between 6 pm - 9 pm
Visitors can hike the mountain for free, book a tour guide or use the funicular.
