קאזה באליו הוא בית מגורים ברובע אישמפלה בברצלונה, בירת קטלוניה שבספרד. המבנה ממוקם בשדרת גרסיה מס' 43, ומהווה חלק מגוש הבניינים המכונה "תפוח המריבה", שזכה לשמו בשל העובדה ששוכנים בו בתים של מספר אדריכלים מודרניסטים. בשנת 2005 הוכרז המבנה, יחד עם מספר מבנים נוספים של גאודי ברחבי ברצלונה, כאתר מורשת עולמית.
