This observation deck is positioned at an altitude of 3,800 meters above sea level. It is situated on the edge of the Colca Canyon.
The site is recognized for the observation of Andean condors as they glide on thermal winds. These birds are frequently seen in flight against the backdrop of the deep canyon.
