This 72-meter tall Renaissance bell tower is constructed from Hořice sandstone and serves as a significant landmark and cultural heritage site. The structure houses the historic Augustin bell and an original clock mechanism dating back to 1829.

The interior features a multimedia information center and a unique 1:20 scale glass model of the tower. An astronomical clock is also integrated into the building's features. The tower houses various exhibitions and educational displays related to its history and architecture.

The tower is open to the public, with galleries providing panoramic views of the city and surrounding mountain ranges. The historic clock machine and bell chamber are among the primary features available for viewing within the structure.
