The monument consists of a series of square tiles crafted from granite and bronze, designed to mirror the style of the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Created in 2012 to promote the local film festival, it pays tribute to the province's history as a significant filming location for international cinema.
The walk features stars dedicated to notable industry figures such as actors Patrick Wayne and Omar Sharif, as well as director Ridley Scott.
