The Azrieli Observatory is situated on the 49th floor of the Circular Tower, which forms part of a three-skyscraper complex featuring square, triangular, and circular buildings. At 187 meters in height, it is the highest observatory in the Middle East and provides panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
The facility includes a 3D film and audio guides. Temporary art exhibitions are also hosted within the space. A large shopping mall is located at the base of the contemporary architectural complex.
The project opened in 1998. The initial design was created by Israeli-American architect Eli Attia. Following a disagreement between Attia and the developer David Azrieli, the completion of the complex was managed by the architectural firm Moore Yaski Sivan Architects.
