The bridge is an impressive three-storied stone arch structure featuring covered corridors. Built between 1686 and 1765, this multi-level architectural landmark spans the castle moat. The construction is characterized by its height and unique arrangement of stacked arched levels, which is recognized as part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
This structure serves as a vital passage within the castle complex, linking the Upper Castle and the IV. courtyard with the V. courtyard.
