Standing at 679 meters with 118 stories, this megatall skyscraper is the second-tallest building in the world and the tallest in the region. Designed by Fender Katsalidis Architects, the structure is a mixed-use development that serves as a prominent architectural feature.

The building houses various facilities, including extensive office spaces and the Park Hyatt hotel. A seven-story shopping mall provides multiple retail outlets within the complex.

The tower features an observation deck known as The View at 118, which is the highest in the region. The development officially opened in 2023.
