Sorapiss Lake

The turquoise alpine lake is situated at the foot of the Sorapiss mountain range, which is part of the Ampezzo Dolomites Natural Park. This mountain group, also known as Punta Sorapiss, features a central peak reaching an elevation of 3,205 metres.

The surrounding landscape includes a mountain pass of the same name. The area is characterized by its distinct alpine terrain and status as a protected nature reserve.
