Casablanca Twin Center

This architectural complex consists of two 115-meter-high skyscrapers, known as the East and West towers. Completed in 1999, the structures were designed by architect Ricardo Bofill and serve as a prominent landmark. The design draws inspiration from traditional Moorish architecture, blending modern construction with aesthetic influences.

Each of the 28-story towers serves a variety of functions, including office spaces and residential dwellings. The complex also houses a large shopping center and the five-star Kenzi Tower Hotel. The hotel occupies a significant portion of the towers and provides panoramic views.

The site functions as a major commercial hub, integrating business and leisure facilities within its two identical structures. It is open to the public and recognized as a representative symbol of modern enterprise and urban development.
