This magnificent bell tower dates back to 1184 and it is now one of the three remaining Almohad minarets in the whole world. The views from the top are spectacular, you can see the whole city from the observation platform.
The design of this tower is so popular that there is a number of replicas, especially in the US. Video game fans may know this sight from SimCity.
