WKRC-TV, virtual and VHF digital channel 12, is a dual CBS/CW-affiliated television station licensed to Cincinnati, Ohio, United States. The station is owned by the Sinclair Broadcast Group, which also operates MyNetworkTV affiliate WSTR-TV under a local marketing agreement with owner Deerfield Media. The two stations share studios on Highland Avenue in the Mount Auburn section of Cincinnati, where WKRC-TV's transmitter is also located.
