Šv. Jono baptisterija - seniausias pastatas Florencijoje. Ji ypatinga savo trejomis bronzos durimis, garsėjančiomis dideliu meniniu ir techniniu meistriškumu. Baptisterija stovi Piazza del Duomo į šiaurę nuo Duomo vadinamos Santa Maria del Fiore katedros. Iki pat XIX amžiaus visi florenciečiai buvo krikštijami šioje baptisterijoje, kuri pripažinta mažąja bazilika.
