Built between 1713 and 1720, this late Baroque structure originally served as a Capuchin monastery church. Since 1784, it has functioned as a parish church and is protected as a cultural heritage site. The building is characterized by its simple architectural style.
The interior features a monumental altar painting and detailed stucco decoration by the artist Ondřej Schweigl. Other notable elements include a wood carving of the Madonna and Child and a Capuchin tomb. A park area with benches surrounds the building, which is located in close proximity to the Chapel of St. Joseph.
