Constructed in 1909, this historic building was designed by architect Victor Kafka. It is architecturally significant as the first structure in Austria-Hungary to utilize reinforced concrete in its construction. The design combines Neo-Romanesque architecture with distinct Art Nouveau elements and is recognized as a Cultural Heritage Site.
