Founded in 2007 by Aud Melås and Evan Lewis, this award-winning microbrewery and gastropub is built in a style inspired by Norse mythology. While the company has ceased its own production of beer and spirits, the brewery pub remains operational. The menu focuses on local ingredients paired with a selection of craft beers. The facility includes both a restaurant and a shop.
