This historic distillery has been producing agricultural rum since 1765 and is a founding member of the AOC Martinique designation. The site features a unique tourist railway known as Le train des plantations. This scenic 2.8 km route travels through sugarcane fields and banana plantations. The journey includes stops at the Musée de la Banane and the historic Habitation LASALLE, providing insight into the agricultural landscape.
