Het museum herbergt een planetarium (gelegen in de eivormige koepel), het Stanley Ho Space Theatre, de projectorruimte OMNIMAX en een enorme tentoonstellingsruimte bestaande uit twee thematische beurshallen gewijd aan astronomie en ruimtewetenschap.
De OMNIMAX-shows, 3D-shows en luchtshows worden verteld in het Engels, Kantonees, Putonghua of Japans.
