Most Lake

This anthropogenic lake was created through the reclamation of the former Ležáky brown coal mine. It is the second-largest artificial lake in the country and serves as a recreational area. The site is known for its significant depth and acts as a major wintering ground for water birds.

The area is open to the public and used for hiking, recreational activities, and birdwatching. The current landscape is the result of extensive rehabilitation of a former lignite mine.
