Shaheed Park

The park spans 200,000 square meters, serving as a significant green infrastructure project. The first phase of the development opened in 2015, featuring a blend of modern architecture and natural landscapes. Within the grounds, the Martyrs Monument and various artistic installations are situated among diverse botanical gardens.

Two specialized museums, Thekra and the Habitat, are located on-site. The park functions as a cultural hub with outdoor theaters and a calendar of events managed by the Lothan Youth Achievement Center (LOYAC). These facilities are designed to highlight the cultural image of the area through a combination of history, nature, and modern design.

Recreational facilities include walking and jogging tracks featuring water mist stations. A dancing fountain provides evening light shows. The park is open to the public and offers an integrated platform for cultural and physical activity.
