The tower stands 77.7 meters tall and was completed in 2015. It was designed by Josef Pleskot as part of the Vítkovice industrial area redevelopment. The structure incorporates a glass cylinder enclosing a spiral walkway, creating a contemporary architectural landmark. The tower also houses a café, enhancing its multifunctional use. It serves as a prominent viewpoint and city landmark.
