Film Knot Zlín

The center occupies four floors within historic film studios. It functions as a cultural and educational hub dedicated to the history and practice of the film animation industry. Exhibits showcase the legacy of renowned filmmakers Hermína Týrlová and Karel Zeman, providing insight into their influential work and the evolution of film.

Interactive animation workshops are available for children and adults, allowing for the production of original short animated films. The facility serves as a family-friendly environment where the technical processes of animation are explored through hands-on practice. The center is open to the public.
