Leventis Gallery

Opened in 2014, this cultural institution houses an extensive private collection of more than 800 works of art. The gallery features a broad range of European, Greek, and Cypriot painting, with a focus on significant works spanning from the 17th to the 20th century.

The gallery is housed in a modern, architecturally significant building designed by Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios. The design was the result of an international architectural competition launched by RIBA Competitions to create a cultural hub. The project reached completion in January 2013.

The facility was established by the A. G. Leventis Foundation, a private foundation that promotes Hellenic culture and supports educational and cultural initiatives. The building was specifically designed to accommodate the art collection alongside space for a restaurant and housing.
