Lipa Castle

The structure originated at the turn of the 13th and 14th centuries, initially serving as a stronghold and watchtower. Over the centuries, it underwent significant transformations, incorporating Gothic, Renaissance, and Neo-Gothic architectural elements. While much of the original building was dismantled in the 19th century for building materials or lost to neglect, surviving features include a kitchen and a Renaissance portal.

The ruins are situated at an altitude of 375 meters on the bank of the Nysa Mała river. Following damage sustained during World War II, renovation efforts began in 1973 to preserve the remaining historical fabric. The site is currently undergoing reconstruction to stabilize the ruins of this cultural heritage monument.
