La prima vedere asemănător cu Turnul Eiffel, acest turn este supranumit „langer Lulatsch”, adică un flăcău lăcuitor. Deși nu mai este folosit pentru difuzare, a devenit un punct de interes popular oferind o vedere maiestuoasă asupra orașului. Mai ales splendid în timpul nopții când se luminează. De asemenea, găzduiește un restaurant.
Turnul este ușor accesibil cu S-Bahn (cea mai apropiată stație: S Messe Nord / ICC).

During the summer months from July to September, the observation deck and restaurant might be closed for several weeks due to maintenance work. Also, the platform might be closed due to weather conditions. It is recommended to make a call prior your visit to check whether it's open.
