Aueršperk

Aueršperk is an early Gothic castle ruin dating back to the 13th century. It is a bergfrit-type castle, characterized by its specific defensive layout. The site preserves the remnants of a cylindrical tower and portions of the original defensive walls and fortifications. Historical records indicate the castle was abandoned by 1403.

The ruins are situated on a forested rocky spur in the Nedvědická vrchovina highlands overlooking the river. The site is recognized as a Cultural Heritage Site and is accessible via hiking and cycling paths.
