Хо Пха Кео

Originally constructed in 1565, this former royal temple was built to house the Emerald Buddha. It is recognized as a significant national monument and represents a key piece of historical architecture. In the 1970s, the structure was converted from a place of worship into a museum dedicated to preserving and displaying Lao religious art.
